By purchasing, downloading, or using any software, resource, or service (the "Product") provided by
Frozed Club Development, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, you are not allowed to use any of our software.

1. Licensing & Ownership
All Products provided by Frozed Club are licensed, not sold.
- Grant of License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable
license to use the Product on servers owned or operated by you.
- Proprietary Rights: Frozed Club retains full ownership of all code, logic,
and assets.
- Anti-Theft Clause: You are strictly prohibited from reusing, copying, or
"borrowing" any part of Frozed Club's codebase or logic for use in external projects. If it's
our code, it stays in our plugins.
2. Prohibited Conduct
We have a zero-tolerance policy for "leaking" or malicious behavior. The following actions will
result in an immediate and permanent ban:
- Redistribution: Sharing, reselling, or publishing your license key or the
Product files.
- De-obfuscation: Reverse engineering, modifying, or tampering with the
software to bypass licensing or view source code.
- System Interference: Attempting to bypass our verification or DRM
systems.
- Unsolicited Promotion: Messaging Frozed Club members or using our platforms
to advertise non-affiliated products or services.
3. Payments, Refunds, and Disputes
Final Sale: All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of our Products,
we do not offer refunds unless a technical issue is proven to be unfixable by our team.
Chargebacks: Opening a dispute or chargeback without contacting us first is
considered a breach of contract. This will result in:
- Immediate termination of all active licenses.
- Permanent blacklisting from the Frozed Club ecosystem.
- Reporting of your account to global plugin marketplaces.
4. Support and Updates
- Eligibility: Support is a privilege, not a right. It is provided exclusively
to verified customers through our official channels.
- Service Changes: Frozed Club reserves the right to modify, update, or
discontinue any product. While we strive for 100% uptime for our licensing servers, we are
not liable for temporary outages.
5. Limitation of Liability
- "As-Is" Basis: Our products are provided "as is." While we aim for
perfection, we don't guarantee that our code is compatible with every single obscure 1.8.8
fork out there.
- No Liability: Frozed Club is not responsible for data loss, server crashes,
or damages resulting from the misuse of our software. You use these tools at your own
risk.
6. Termination & Enforcement
Failure to comply with these terms may result in:
- Temporary or permanent suspension of support.
- Remote deactivation of your plugin licenses.
- Denial of all future purchases.
Note: Frozed Club reserves the right to revoke access at any time for reasons
deemed necessary to protect our community and intellectual property.
7. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Your continued use of Frozed Club products following any
changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
