- Account Data: When you purchase a plugin or join our Discord, we may see your username, email address, and transaction IDs.
- Support Queries: Any info you share in support tickets to help us squash bugs.
Information Collected via Plugins
- Server Metadata: To prevent piracy and ensure license validity, our plugins may ping our servers with your Server IP, Port, and Version.
- License Keys: To verify that you are the rightful owner of the software.
- Hardware IDs (HWID): In some cases, to prevent "leaking" or unauthorized distribution.
Note: We do not collect player-specific data, like chat logs or player IPs.
2. How We Use Your Data
We aren't in the business of selling data; we're in the business of making great plugins. We use your info to:
- Verify Licenses: Making sure your copy of the plugin is legit.
- Improve Stability: Using error logs sent by you, to fix crashes before they ruin your player count.
- Security: Protecting our intellectual property from "leakers" and unauthorized redistributors.
3. Third-Party Services
We use a few trusted partners to keep the lights on. Their privacy policies apply to the data they handle:
- Tebex / BuiltByBit / SpigotMC: For handling payments and initial distribution.
- Discord: For community interaction and support.
- Cloudflare: To keep our site (and your connection to it) snappy and secure.
4. Data Retention
We keep your licensing information for as long as you own the plugin. If you decide to leave the Frozed Club family and want your data purged, you can reach out to us.
